Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unhappy with the service provided, please contact us within 2 days from the service date to request a refund.

Service Cancellation: If you need to cancel a service, please notify us at least one day before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund.

The refund will be credited to your account in 3 working days.
